The latch on door 0 malfunctions and the exterior lock spins freely. This may require a locksmith.

Called Always Open Locksmith to fix the lock. This was the same company that switched the locks in 2021. Should consider asking about door 5 auto-locking.

Guy never came after rescheduling 3 times. I had Brian look at it and he manufactured a new tailpiece for the lock and it functions normally again.
